Where is the Neufchâteau campsite located?

The campsite is situated in the middle of a sports complex, close to the local swimming pool, the cinema (700 metres away), the historic centre (1.1 km), and a supermarket (1 km)... It is also within walking distance of the railway station (1 km). This strategic location allows you to leave your car and get around on foot or by bike. However, being in the heart of a bustling area can sometimes mean a bit of noise.

Is it possible to empty a chemical toilet? 
Yes, there is a designated area for waste water and chemical toilets on the campsite, near reception.

How do I pay for my stay? Do you accept holiday vouchers?
We accept cash, credit cards and holiday vouchers (ANCV).

How do I make a booking?You can make a booking:

Simply provide us with: surname, first name, telephone number, email address, type of pitch required, number of people, number of nights and dates of your stay.

What do the advertised prices include?
The prices quoted at reception include the pitch for 1 to 2 people, electricity, water and access to toilet facilities. In addition to these, there is a tourist tax and certain surcharges depending on the booking (children over 8 years old, off-peak pitches, etc.).

What should I do if I arrive at the campsite before or after closing time?
If you expect to arrive outside of opening hours, we recommend that you contact us in advance to book your pitch. We will then be able to provide you with the gate code so that you can settle into your reserved pitch. You can then come and check in at reception during opening hours. 

What facilities do the teepee tents have?
The teepee tents feature two camp beds upstairs and a picnic table downstairs (on the ground floor), with access to lighting and electricity.
On request, we can also lend you a kettle and hire out sleeping bags.
 
How big is a pitch?
The pitches range in size from 87 m² to 127 m².

Can I charge my electric bike at the campsite?
Yes, that’s possible; charging points and lockers fitted with electrical sockets are available for your use.  

Are there any shops and amenities in Neufchâteau?Neufchâteau is the main town in the Communauté de Communes de l'Ouest Vosgien. It has all the amenities you might need: pharmacies, a hospital, supermarkets and hypermarkets, petrol stations… It also has several restaurants. You’ll find a more comprehensive list at the back of our welcome booklet.
In addition, we have a small shop/grocery store at the campsite reception selling: essential items, chilled drinks, local produce... 

Are there any activities or events in the Western Vosges, near the campsite?
The West Vosges Tourist Office offers a wide range of activities throughout the season: guided tours, workshops, entertainment, walks… for all ages. Please feel free to visit the website tourisme-ouest-vosges.fr or ask us at reception when you arrive!

Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The campsite offers pitches reserved for people with reduced mobility (PRM) as well as adapted toilet facilities; however, the teepee tents are not accessible.
